Comic Con 2023 Bag Policy

So, I was at Comic Con last year, right? Dressed as my favorite character, Dr. Horrible, because why not? I mean, it's not every day you get to sing "My Freeze Ray" and not get weird looks. First things first, bags. They've got to be small. We're talking no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12" (that's about the size of a small backpack or a large handbag, folks). Clear Bags Are Your Friend

Comic Con 2023 is all about the clear bags, folks. If your bag is clear, it can be up to 18" x 18" x 6". That's a whole lot more room for your... snacks. But remember, no matter how clear your bag is, it's still subject to search. So, maybe don't try to sneak in your life-sized action figure of Thor (trust me, I've tried).

Prohibited Items: The List You Don't Want to Be On

Now, let's talk about what you can't bring. And no, it's not just a list of things that would make you the most hated person in the convention center. It's actually pretty reasonable. No weapons, obviously. No signs or banners, which is a bit of a bummer, I know. But hey, it's for everyone's safety. And no professional cameras, unless you've got a press pass. What About My Meds?

Now, I know what you're thinking. "But what about my meds? I can't leave those at home!" Well, fear not, dear comic book hero. You can bring your meds, but they've got to be in their original, labeled containers. And they've got to be in a clear bag. So, no sneaking in your grandma's old heart medication (not that you would, of course).
