Fan Expo Canada Bag Policy

Hey there, Fan Expo Canada Enthusiasts!

So, you're planning to dive into the epicenter of all things fantastical, the one and only Fan Expo Canada? Well, buckle up, because we're about to talk about something that's as important as your cosplay game - the bag policy!

Why the Fuss About Bags?

Now, you might be thinking, "Why all the hullabaloo about bags? It's just a container for my stuff, right?" Well, yes and no. You see, Fan Expo Canada is a big, bustling event with thousands of fellow fans, and keeping everyone safe and happy is their top priority. That's where the bag policy comes in, like a trusty sidekick!

What's the Scoop on Sizes?

First things first, let's talk size. Bags can be no larger than 12" x 18" x 6" (that's about the size of a small backpack). Think of it as a friendly reminder to travel light - after all, less baggage means more fun, right?

And here's a little tip from us to you - clear bags are your new best friend. They're not just easy to spot on the security conveyor belt, but they also make it a breeze for our security heroes to check your stuff quickly and efficiently. It's like having a secret superpower!

What Can Stay, What Must Go

Now, let's talk about what can stay in your bag and what needs to find a new home before you enter the Expo. Here's a quick rundown:

• Stay: Your wallet, phone, snacks, and any other essentials you need for a day of fandom fun.
• Go: Weapons, regardless of whether they're real or replica. This includes anything that could potentially harm someone, like pepper spray or sharp objects. Remember, we're all about the fun and safety here!

And hey, if you've got a bag that's just a tad too big or has a few too many pockets, don't worry! There's a bag check service at the Expo, so you can leave your stuff there and pick it up later. It's like having a personal assistant for the day!

No long security lines, no lost items, and no worrying about what you can and can't bring. It's like having a smooth, stress-free journey to your favorite fandom's promised land!

You're Part of the Team!

Remember, following the bag policy isn't just about you - it's about being a part of the Fan Expo Canada team. You're helping to create a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone, from the cosplayers to the comic book enthusiasts. And that, my friend, is something to be proud of!
