Clear Bag Policy Texas A&m

Ever found yourself at a Texas A&M game, hands full with snacks and drinks, only to realize you've got nowhere to stash your stuff? Well, Aggies, it's time to embrace the clear bag policy – and yes, it's as simple as it sounds.

What's the Deal with Clear Bags?

In 2018, Texas A&M adopted the clear bag policy, joining a growing list of universities and stadiums nationwide that have done the same. The idea? Enhance safety and security by making it easier for staff to inspect bags at entry points.

Think of it like going through airport security. You know the drill – liquids in clear bottles, laptops out of cases. The clear bag policy follows a similar logic, ensuring everyone's safety without cramping your style.

What Bags Are Allowed?

Here's the lowdown on what you can bring:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" in size.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (like the kind you'd use for your leftovers).
• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.

And the best part? You can still rock your Aggie pride with clear bags adorned with the 12th Man logo or maroon and white colors.
