Penn Relays Bag Policy 2019

Hey there, Penn Relays fan! Grab your coffee, let's chat about the Bag Policy for 2019. You know how it is, we all want to enjoy the event hassle-free, right?

What's New?

First things first, what's new? Well, this year, the Penn Relays have gone clear bag only. Yep, you heard it right. No more lugging around those bulky, mysterious bags. It's all about transparency now!

But don't worry, it's not as strict as it sounds. They're not asking you to carry your stuff in a see-through plastic bag like your groceries. There are a few options that make the cut.

Clear Bags: The Stars of the Show

So, what are these clear bags all about? They're basically bags that are, well, see-through. You can't hide a thing in them. Think of them as your trusty, honest friend who always tells it like it is.

They can be clear plastic, vinyl, or polyethylene. You know, the kind of bags you'd use for your lunch or to carry your groceries. Just make sure they're not too big. We're talking no larger than 12" x 6" x 12".

And here's a little tip, they've got these clear bag pouches available at the event. You can buy one there if you forget to bring your own. It's like they knew some of us would be a tad forgetful, huh?

Small Clutches: The Exception

Now, what if you're not a fan of clear bags? Well, there's a tiny exception. You can bring in a small clutch. We're talking no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". It's like the little black dress of bags. Simple, elegant, and it gets the job done.

But remember, this is the only exception. No other bags, pouches, or purses will be allowed. So, leave your fancy designer bags at home this time, folks!

Prohibited Items: What Stays Out

Now, let's talk about what won't make it through the gates. No weapons, no alcohol, no coolers, no large bags, no backpacks, no duffel bags, no... you get the picture.

It's all about safety and security, folks. They want to make sure everyone has a great time without any hiccups. So, let's play by the rules, yeah?

What If You've Got Meds or Special Needs?

But what if you've got medical needs or special circumstances? Don't worry, they've thought of that too. You can bring in necessary medical items, just make sure they're in a clear bag or a small clutch.

And if you've got little ones, you can bring in one diaper bag per child. But remember, it's got to be clear or a small clutch too. It's all about the clear bags, folks!

So, Are You Ready?

There you have it, folks. The Penn Relays Bag Policy for 2019. It's all about keeping things simple, safe, and transparent. So, grab your clear bag, or that cute little clutch, and let's get ready for a fantastic event!

And hey, if you've got any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We're all in this together, right? Let's make this Penn Relays the best one yet!
