Cu Boulder Clear Bag Policy

Hey there, CU Buffs! Ever found yourself rummaging through your bag at a game, only to realize you've got more stuff than a Swiss Army knife? Well, the CU Boulder clear bag policy is here to make your game day experience smoother than a freshly waxed floor.

So, what's the deal with these clear bags?

Imagine you're at the Folsom Field gates, and the security guard gives you that 'open sesame' wave. But wait, you've got a bag that's as mysterious as the Mona Lisa's smile. That's where our clear bag policy comes in. It's like having a crystal ball that shows everything inside, making security a breeze.

Now, you might be thinking, "But I love my designer bag! It's not clear!" Don't worry, we've got you covered. You can still bring your favorite bag, as long as it's no bigger than 4.5" x 6.5" or 1" x 12" x 12". It's like having a VIP pass for your bag, just a little smaller.

But wait, there's more!

You can also bring a clear bag that's no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12". Think of it as a see-through treasure chest for your game day essentials. And hey, if you've got a medical or childcare bag, it can be any size, just make sure it's clear or transparent.

Now, you might be wondering, "Why all the fuss about clear bags?" Well, it's all about safety and security. It's like having a superpower that lets you see through bags, making sure no one's sneaking in any surprises.

What can I bring in my clear bag?

Great question! Here's a quick rundown:

CU Events Center Bag Policy - Colorado Basketball Bag Policy

• Essentials: Your wallet, phone, keys, and other small items can all find a home in your clear bag.
• Food and drinks: You can bring in your own snacks and beverages, just no glass bottles or containers. It's like having a picnic at the game!
• Binoculars: Because sometimes, you just need a closer look at that amazing play.

And here's a fun fact for you: Did you know that the clear bag policy was inspired by the same policy used at many other universities and professional sports venues? It's like we're all in this together, making game days safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

What if I forget about the clear bag policy?

Don't worry, we've all been there. If you show up with a bag that's not clear, you'll have a couple of options:

• Check it: You can check your bag at one of the bag check stations. It's like giving your bag a timeout, so you can still enjoy the game.
• Leave it: If you don't want to check your bag, you can leave it at your car or with a non-ticketed friend. It's like giving your bag the day off.

Now, you might be thinking, "This clear bag policy sounds great, but what about my team spirit?" Well, fear not! You can still show off your CU Buffs pride with clear bags that are decorated with our beloved black and gold.
