Ross Ade Stadium Bag Policy

Hey there, Boilermaker fans! Grab your coffee, let's chat about the new bag policy at Ross-Ade Stadium. You know how it is, safety first, but we don't want to make it feel like a TSA checkpoint at the gate, right?

So, what's the deal with bags?

Alright, so here's the lowdown. The new policy is all about keeping things secure and streamlined. It's not as strict as some other stadiums, but there are a few things to keep in mind.

First off, clear bags only. I know, I know, it's not the most exciting fashion statement, but it's for our safety. Think of it as a chance to show off your Purdue pride with a clear bag, yeah?

Now, what's considered clear? Well, it's got to be see-through, folks. No opaque, no printed patterns, no dark colors. It's like trying to sneak a book into a movie theater, remember those days?

But what if I've got a diaper bag or a medical bag?

Don't worry, we've thought about that. You can still bring in a small clutch or a bag for medical or diaper needs, but it's got to be small, like the size of your hand. No purses the size of a small planet, sorry!

And listen, I know some of you are thinking, "But what about my fancy new water bottle?" Well, here's the thing, no bottles. I know, I know, it's a bummer. But you can fill up your clear bag with water at the water fountains inside, okay?

What about other stuff?

Now, let's talk about the other items you can bring in. The usual suspects are still welcome: keys, wallets, phones, and of course, your game day spirit!

But here's where we draw the line: no weapons, no drones, no selfie sticks. I mean, who even uses those anymore, right? And no signs or banners that could be considered offensive or inappropriate.

What if I've already got a bag?

Don't panic! If you've got a bag that doesn't meet the new policy, you can exchange it at the gate. We've got clear bags available for purchase, and the proceeds go to support Purdue Athletics. It's a win-win!

So there you have it, folks. The new bag policy in a nutshell. It's all about keeping us safe and secure, so we can focus on what's really important: cheering on our Boilermakers!

Now, who's ready for some tailgating? Let's make this season one to remember!
