Bean Bags R Us Return Policy

Hey there, bean bag lover! You know what's the worst? When you finally find the perfect bean bag, it's like finding a needle in a haystack, and then bam! it's not what you expected. We've all been there, right? Well, at Bean Bags 'R' Us, we're here to make sure that doesn't happen. So, grab your coffee, let's chat about our return policy.

First Things First: The Trial Run

We believe in love at first sight, but we also know it's not always like that. So, we give you a whole 30 days to try out your new bean bag. If it's not the one, no worries, just let us know within those 30 days.

But What If I've Already Fluffed It Up?

Don't stress, we're not going to judge your fluffing skills. Even if you've given it a good ol' fluff, we'll still take it back. We just ask that it's in the same condition as when it arrived, with all the original packaging and whatnot.

Returning's a Breeze

We've made returning as easy as, well, sitting in a bean bag. Just head over to our website, click on 'Returns', and follow the simple steps. If you need any help, our customer service team is always ready to lend a hand.

What About the Shipping?

You might be thinking, "Great, I have to pay for shipping again?" Not on our watch! We'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake. If it's on you, though, you'll have to cover that. Fair's fair, right?
