United Center Bag Policy 2022

Hey there, sports fans! You know what's better than a cold beer and a hot dog at a game? Knowing you can bring your own snacks and drinks in, of course! That's right, folks, the United Center has updated its bag policy for 2022, and it's got us cheering from the sidelines.

Say Hello to Clear Bags

First things first, let's talk about the new clear bag rule. It's not as scary as it sounds, promise! The United Center is now all about those see-through bags, folks. Think of it like this: it's like they're giving us all a VIP pass to show off our awesome organizational skills. Just make sure your bag is clear and no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12". That's about the size of a small lunchbox, so you've got plenty of room for your game-day essentials.

Now, before you start panicking about having to buy a new bag, hold your horses! The United Center wants to make this as easy as possible for you. They're even selling clear bags at the arena, so you can grab one on your way in. How's that for service?

What's Allowed, What's Not

Alright, let's get down to business. You're probably wondering what you can and can't bring into the United Center. Well, buckle up, because we're about to run through a quick checklist.

Allowed: You can bring in food and drinks, as long as they're in sealed, clear plastic bottles or containers. That means you can finally enjoy that homemade stadium snack you've been dying to try out. Just make sure it's in a clear bag, of course!

Not Allowed: Leave your big bags at home, folks. Anything larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or non-clear bags won't make it through security. And while we're on the subject, let's leave the coolers, thermoses, and glass bottles at home too. Trust us, you don't want to be the reason the game starts late.

Some Exceptions, of Course

Now, we know life isn't always black and white, and the United Center's bag policy is no different. There are a few exceptions to the rule, so listen up!

Why the Change?

You might be wondering why the United Center decided to change the bag policy in the first place. Well, it's all about safety and efficiency, folks.
