Toyota Center Bag Policy 2020

Hey there, sports fans and concert-goers! Let's talk about something that's super important, yet often overlooked - the Toyota Center's bag policy for 2020. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Bag policy? Really? That's not exactly a thrilling topic." But stick around, because understanding this can make your game or concert experience a whole lot smoother and more enjoyable. Let's dive in!

What's Changed in 2020?

First things first, let's address the elephant in the room - the COVID-19 situation. The Toyota Center, like many other venues, has had to make some adjustments to keep everyone safe. So, what does that mean for your trusty old bag?

Well, for starters, the center has gone clear bag only. This means no more bulky purses, backpacks, or bags with multiple compartments. It's all about keeping things simple and secure. But don't worry, you can still bring in essentials like your wallet, phone, and keys. Just make sure they're in a clear bag that's no bigger than 12" x 6" x 12".

But What If I Really Need My Favorite Bag?

I feel you, I really do. We all have that one bag that's just perfect for a night out. But fear not, the Toyota Center has thought of that too! They've got a bag check station where you can leave your non-clear bags for the duration of the event. It's free, it's secure, and it means you don't have to leave your favorite bag at home.

What Else Can I Bring?

Now, let's talk about the fun stuff - what you can bring into the Toyota Center. Here's a quick rundown:

• One clear bag per person, as mentioned earlier.
• One small clutch bag or wallet, no bigger than 4.5" x 6.5", that fits into your clear bag.
• Your phone, keys, and wallet.
• Binoculars (but no cases, please).
• Empty plastic water bottles (you can fill them up inside).
• Cameras (but no professional equipment).

And remember, the Toyota Center is a cashless venue, so make sure you've got your cards or mobile payment options ready!

What's Off-Limits?

Now, let's talk about what you can't bring in. Here's a quick list:

• Bags that aren't clear (except for the small clutch bag).
• Weapons of any kind.
• Food and drinks (except for the empty water bottles).
• Professional cameras or recording devices.
• Signs or banners (unless they're for a specific event and approved by the center).
• Noise-making devices (like whistles or air horns).

And remember, the Toyota Center reserves the right to search your bag and person upon entry. So, if you've got something you shouldn't have, it's best to leave it at home.

Why Should I Care?

You might be thinking, "Okay, I get it. I need a clear bag. But why does this matter?" Well, let me tell you, understanding and following the bag policy can make your night out so much smoother.

First off, it speeds up the entry process. No more digging through your bag at the gate, trying to find that tiny ticket. Just grab your clear bag, show your ticket, and you're in! Plus, it makes security checks quicker and easier, which means less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the show.

Let's Make It Fun!

Now, I know what you're thinking - "This is all well and good, but how do I make my clear bag exciting?" Well, let me tell you, there are endless possibilities!

You could go for a classic, like a clear plastic tote bag. Or you could get fancy with a clear PVC bag that's got a little sparkle. You could even go all out with a clear bag that's got a fun pattern or design. The sky's the limit, folks!

And hey, why not make it a game? See if you can find the most creative clear bag at the event. It's a fun way to engage with your fellow fans and show off your personal style. Just remember, the bag might be clear, but you don't have to be boring!
