Wrigley Field Bag Policy 2024

Hey there, baseball fans! You know how it is, we love our games, but sometimes the rules can be a bit of a mystery, right? Like, what's the deal with the bag policy at Wrigley Field in 2024? Let's dive in and figure this out together, yeah?

So, what's the big change?

Alright, so you might have heard that Wrigley Field is shaking things up a bit for the 2024 season. They're introducing a new bag policy, and you're probably wondering, "What does that mean for me and my snacks?"

No more big bags, folks!

Here's the thing, the new policy is all about safety and efficiency. So, starting in 2024, bags that are larger than 16" x 16" x 8" won't be allowed in the stadium. That's about the size of a small backpack or a large purse. You're probably thinking, "That's not much space!" But don't worry, there's more to it.

Think of it like this: you're going to a concert, right? You wouldn't bring a huge bag full of stuff you might not even need. It's the same idea here. Wrigley Field wants to make sure everyone has a smooth and safe experience, so they're asking us to keep our bags to a minimum.

But what if I need to bring some stuff?

Great question! You're probably wondering, "What if I need to bring some essentials, like water or snacks for the kiddos?" Well, Wrigley Field has thought of that too. Here's the deal:

Clear bags are your best friend!

You've probably seen these at other events. They're usually made of clear plastic or vinyl, and they've got a couple of pockets. The new policy allows bags that are clear and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". That's plenty of room for your essentials, like a water bottle, some snacks, or even a small plush toy for your little one.

Think of it like this: it's like having your own little, clear treasure chest for the game. You can see everything inside, and it's easy to get through security. It's a win-win!

What about other bags?

You might be wondering, "What if I have a bag that's not clear, but it's smaller than 16" x 16" x 8"? Can I bring that?" Well, here's the scoop:

Wrigley Field is all about making exceptions for medical needs and other special circumstances. So, if you have a bag that's not clear, but it's smaller than the allowed size, you might be able to bring it in. But remember, it's up to the discretion of the security team, and they might ask you to transfer any essentials to a clear bag before you enter the stadium.

So, what's the bottom line?

Alright, let's sum this up. Starting in 2024, Wrigley Field is saying goodbye to big bags and hello to clear bags. It's all about keeping things safe and efficient. So, what do you say? Are you ready to grab your clear bag and head to the game?

Remember, the new policy is all about making sure everyone has a great time at Wrigley Field. So, let's embrace the change, and let's play ball!
