Suburban Collection Showplace Upcoming Events This Weekend

Hey there, weekend warriors! Ready to trade in your sweatpants for something a little more exciting? The Suburban Collection Showplace has got you covered with a lineup of events that'll make your weekend sizzle. Let's dive in, shall we?

Kickstart Your Saturday with Art in the Park

Start your day with a splash of color at the Art in the Park event. This outdoor art extravaganza is like a real-life Pinterest board, with over 150 artists showcasing their work. From vibrant paintings to quirky sculptures, there's something for every taste. Plus, it's a great opportunity to support local artists and maybe even snag a unique piece for your own space.

Pro tip: Don't forget to grab a bite from the food trucks. The line for the grilled cheese truck is always worth it.

Rev Your Engines at the Classic Car Show

If you've got a soft spot for vintage rides, the Classic Car Show is a must-visit. This isn't your grandpa's car show - we're talking sleek muscle cars, retro race cars, and even a few Hollywood hot rods. It's like stepping into a live-action Grease movie.

Fun fact: The show often attracts celebrity-owned cars. You never know who you might spot!

Jurassic Quest: Coming to The Suburban Collection Showplace this Fall

Dance the Night Away with The Greatest Show

As the sun sets, it's time to get your groove on at The Greatest Show. This circus-themed party is like a real-life Cirque du Soleil meets Gatsby's Great Gatsby. Think acrobats, fire-breathers, and enough glitz and glam to make Liberace blush.

Pro tip: Dress to impress. This is one event where you can really let your inner peacock shine.

Sunday Funday: Cooking Up a Storm

Start your Sunday on a sweet note at the Cooking Up a Storm event. This culinary extravaganza brings together some of the area's top chefs for a day of demos, tastings, and hands-on workshops. It's like your own personal episode of Chopped, minus the crazy baskets.

Fun fact: Last year, one of the chefs made a cake that looked like a giant cheeseburger. Yes, you read that right.
