How Old Is Tommy Shaw Of Styx

So, you're curious about Tommy Shaw, huh? The man, the myth, the legend of Styx. Let's dive in, shall we?

Born in the '50s, but you'd never guess it!

Tommy Shaw, our rockstar of the hour, was born on September 11, 1953. That's right, he's a Virgo, and if you believe in that astrology stuff, he's a classic Virgo - practical, loyal, and with a knack for music that's out of this world.

Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, he's older than my parents!" Well, hold onto your hats, because he's been rocking the stage since before some of us were even born. He joined Styx in 1975, and let me tell you, he's been a force to be reckoned with ever since.

From "Come Sail Away" to "Blue Collar Man", Shaw's been there, done that.

Tommy's been a part of some of Styx's biggest hits. I mean, who hasn't belted out "Come Sail Away" at the top of their lungs? And "Blue Collar Man"? That's just classic rock right there.

But it's not just about the hits. Shaw's been the driving force behind Styx's sound. He's written some of their most iconic songs, and his guitar skills? Let's just say, they're on another level.

Still going strong, like a fine wine (or a classic rock band).

You might think that after all these years, Tommy would be ready to hang up his guitar and call it a day. But no, this guy's still going strong. Styx is still touring, still making music, and still sounding as good as ever.

And you know what? Tommy looks amazing for his age. I mean, sure, he's got a few wrinkles, but who doesn't? He's still got that rockstar charm, and he's still making music that makes us all feel alive.
